Bought a used car when we were there temporarily for one year due to military training. The car had a known oil leak (to the dealership) that they did not disclose to us. Tried to have them make it right by us paying for parts and them doing the labor at no charge, and they were unwilling. Ended up selling the car to a mechanic when we left as we did not want that cost passed onto another buyer.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLT vehicle from Tillery Chevrolet GMC Moriarty through the GMC build and buy program. We live in Albuquerque and purchased from Tillery based upon a family member's recommendation. The customer service we received at Tillery (Jason Sisneroz, Diego Rivera, Kevin Pohl, Javan Brown, Travis Tillery, Glen Tillery) has been outstanding! This is the smoothest vehicle purchase we've ever experienced. Based upon our positive experience, we will not hesitate to go with Tillery on future Chevrolet GMC service and purchases.
We traveled over 3 hours to trade in our truck and purchase a new vehicle BECAUSE of the customer service here. We could have purchased the new vehicle at any of our local Chevrolet dealerships, but Ariana's customer service was outstanding. Our local dealerships didn't call us call us back or reply to questions we had. When they finally did contact us, they were very pushy. If we were going to spend our hard-earned money - we wanted to go where it is appreciated and we found that dealing with the people at Tillery. We highly recommend them!
About 3 weeks ago we bought a 2023 silverado and I'm so happy with it. Michael, the salesman that helped us was the best I've ever delt with and I've bought lots of vehicles in my life. I had mentioned to them a year ago that i was looking for a gold yukon denali but wanted a used one only. They called me 3 weeks ago out of the blue on a 2022 yukon denali that their customer had traded in with 55k miles. It was the color my wife wanted and they gave me a fair price on my 2011 yukon trade in. I Can't believe they remembered me. The people at the service desk are really nice but had issues the both times I took my 2022 Denali 2500 in for service. The first time I took in and got home, 1 /2 hour drive, I found all the grease joints were completely dry. The second time I took it in there were finger prints on the door and the quarter panel and drivers side rear door had been sprayed with DEF which left a white film on my paint which did not come off with a wet cloth. Tried to get a car fob fixed and/or replaced. they wanted over $100 to reprogram a new one. We found out online that you can do it yourself in about 30 minutes. It feels like they are overcharging for something that simple or disassembly of any of the car
Edited review: upgraded to three stars. We had a very negative experience initially, but are grateful that Ali, Travis, Michael, and the service team did go out of their way to make things right. I hope that the communication continues to improve on their side, but we left with a much better impression of the dealership after getting our truck back on September 4. If we were going to have a fiasco with a dealership, I am thankful it was one that takes responsibility when mistakes inevitably happen.
Traveling from Arizona to Oklahoma I had a minor emergency with my GMC Sierra.
It had to have been operator error, but a few miles out of Albuquerque I ran my windshield washer and noticed a light oil sheen on the lower left of the glass. It's never easy traveling cross country hauling a 40' LQ horse trailer with horses and dogs. Having an engine light come on during your trip is not what you want to have happen on a trip like that, especially on a Friday starting a holiday weekend. Not a reliable source for used cars. Everyone I know who has purchased one from here has had problems and the cars now sit in their yards broken down or get turned over to the salvage yards.
I while back, we were hauling our 5-wheel, trying to arrive at a funeral in Tucumcari. My truck started going into limp mode and dying on the freeway. When we pull off into Moriarity we noticed Tillery GMC. I knew it was a long shot because diesel mechanics are booked way out in advanced. Densie Sena in customer service was really kind and understanding of our predicament. Their mechanic came out (name unknown) and said he was extremely backed up but would try to help. I was traveling thru NM and lost power steering and power brakes got into an I-40 rest area and did a google search for GMC dealers near by . Lucky for me Tillery GMC was 12 miles away I called their service dept told them my situation they were able to have a look that same day ! Traded in my older truck for a new Chevy from Tillery. Zero-pressure sales (I even had to ask to put a deposit on an incoming truck!), nice staff, responsive salesman communication (I had to email back-and-forth with Avery for about a month looking for a shipment to come in of the new Colorados).
Even during the sale, zero pressure for "upsells" like extended warranty, etc. Sales just gave me a quick spill on the details and so did the financing, but no pressure to get you to purchase lots of addons.

Just had a quick question.
I bought a car with an extended warranty worth $5,000. The car came with locking lug nuts, but no key. They didn't have the key. They ordered me new lug studs. Shipped to my house and suggested I figure it out on my own or pay an auto shop that's local to remove the locking lug nut for me.
The folks at Tillery Chevrolet GMC went above and beyond getting us in a new vehicle. The continuing communication during the deal was refreshing. Thank you!

I went to Tillery because they were the only dealer that had the truck I wanted throughout much of the state. I worked with Jay my sales person who was great! Between him, the sales manager, used car manager, and finance guy they offered me a fair trade on my truck and didn't hassle much on the price of the new one. I was in and out within 2.5 hours with my truck which so far I enjoy thoroughly.
I have had my cadillac serviced here took a bit but the mechanics here did an awesome job no complaints and I also have my 1983 oldsmobile 98 getting the transmission serviced on just waiting on it to be done can t wait to take it for a spin. It has been a while since I drove it anywhere

Just a simple oil change gets you an entire personal video of your vehicle showing how they’ve checked everything and gives you tips on what may need fixed soon. Very fair prices.
